Elastic properties of diamane

چکیده
Diamane is a two-dimensional carbon-based structure coated with hydrogen atoms. The stiffness constants of diamane are studied by molecular dynamics simulation. These used for an analytical calculation Young’s modulus, Poisson’s ratio, and shear modulus. Two different morphologies considered, namely, AA AB diamane. Moreover, both can contain or be without it. It found that pristine demonstrates higher due to the changes in hybridization. At same time, difference values two insignificant. All obtained results compared elastic graphene diamond calculated method from literature. modulus equal 1182 GPa close diamond.
